Buying in bealthbeautyfacts.com you have a 15 days trial on most of products.

If your product has arrived in poor condition, it is not the measures, color, position or finish that you ordered, we will take care of everything (collection, replacement …) without added cost for you, as long as the product has not been Used or unpacked. Contact our Customer Service department and they will explain the steps to follow.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise over time. Logically, defects or defects due to improper use of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not covered by this warranty.

The impairments in the functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations thereof, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee. Returns & Exchanges

A final confirmation step is always included in each order in order to ensure that the order is correct in terms of units and measures and thus avoid subsequent product returns. We also send you a confirmation email, so that you can check your order.

14 day return right

The user has fourteen (14) calendar days to return a product with which he is not satisfied. This period starts from the delivery ordered. Within this period, you can return this product to us (the shipping costs will be paid by you) along with the purchase ticket or invoice.

The withdrawal does not require an indication of the reason.

We advise you to protect your item (s) as it will be responsible for any damages you may suffer during transportation. Therefore, we suggest you return the goods by registered mail or carrier and with insurance for the value of the product. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss of the merchandise by the transport company. In any case, the eventual expenses of the return are borne by the consumer.

Please avoid any damage, deterioration or dirt on the merchandise. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging, complete with all its accessories. If you do not already have the original packaging, be sure to return the goods in an appropriate packaging, so that it is sufficiently protected from damage during transport, to avoid possible damages for damage to the goods resulting from improper packaging.
